I am here to tell you that this is true. It took me going to the doctor for months because I just didn’t feel “right”, calling 911 because I thought I was having a heart attack and then finally getting shingles before I realized that I needed to let go of a lot of anger, bitterness and resentment in my life.

In Module Three – Practice Love Speak – You will learn that Words have power in the law of compensation. “We sow and grow and reap our words.” Nobody will abuse you more than you abuse yourself. Is this you in the morning or at night before you go to bed? BAM I’m overweight, BAM I’m a “bad” mom, BAM I need to exercise more, BAM, I’m not going to get that promotion, BAM, what makes you think you can start your own business? Even when I was dating and during both of my marriages, if the guy I was with liked football? I LOVED football – if he liked baseball – I LOVED baseball. In reality my favorite sport is basketball. If they liked short hair, I cut my hair. If they liked long hair, I grew my hair and colored my hair and so on. If they liked smart women, I allowed that side to come out but only until they began to feel threatened by my intelligence, then the submissive woman appeared! It was quite shocking when I finally began to observe myself – without judgment.

In Module Five – Avoid Energy Vampires – You will learn that everything is energy. Do you feel drained or sad after spending time with a particular friend, coworker, or relative? Limit the time you spend with him or her. Note how you feel after visiting with a certain person; if you feel energized and happy, then you’re in good company. By nature I really like everything to be very organized, every ‘t’ crossed, ‘i’ dotted and everything to have my personal stamp on it.
